YOU MIGHT NOT IMPROVE SINCE
Most people just back out when they face an obstacle. They might no longer be able to advance since.
Why do we need to back out ? JUST FACE IT and TACKLE IT. You've got to settle the obstacle in front of you, and you will be able to cross over and advance further.
The most important thing here is the process - how you experience it when you face the obstacle. From this very first experience, you will then be able to tackle even harder-to-tackle obstacles.
Remember !!! Obstacles are always there for you. It is inevitable and you will never be able to run away from them. Therefore, simple words would be FACE IT AND TACKLE IT.

Everything just could happen in this World. You've got to believe that nothing is impossible.
IF you yourself think it is impossible, then it shall be the end for yourself. So, stop thinking it that way. Tell yourself that if you persist and be confident, it could be achieved successfully.
I myself is a believer of "NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE". I am what I am today, how successful I am today, partly due to this belief.

"YOU YOURSELF"
YOU'VE GOT TO THINK
THAT YOU WORK FOR
YOURSELF AND BE
RESPONSIBLE TO
YOURSELF.... sometimes
WHY IS THERE SUCH AN INDIVIDUALISTIC TITLE ABOVE ?
STRONGLY AGREE OR DISAGREE ?
Some people work very hard and smart. Some just work very hard but are not efficient and creative enough. Some of them are contrary lazy in work and do not think out of box.
Those who have worked very hard but are not efficient and creative enough would always think that why the bosses are not appreciating their hard work. However, they would not think the other way round that the bosses need someone who can work efficiently and not working in long hours.
Those who have worked hard and worked smart would think that the world is unfair. Yes ! it is ! This category of employee are always given even more job scopes and more responsibilities. And they would start to think of this unfairness. But why is this happening ? IF the bosses think you are good, of course, they prefer someone like you to carry out more important things for them. Bosses would know, appreciate and reward you when time is right.
Unfortunately, some bosses really do not appreciate this. But you do not have to worry too much. Tell yourself that even if your bosses do not appreciate you, do not be upset. Tell yourself that You are working for yourself and your own future. If you are good, someone elsewhere would realise and appreciate you.
Lastly for those who are lazy in work and do not think out of box. You are the one who should worry much more. In the event of retrenchment, you will be first to be fired.

Having problems with internet and new IT products ?
I would like to recommend one blog on IT Tips and Tricks. I found it quite useful and the blog is so simple and easy to understand. The tips include how to convert PSP and iPod viewing, online photo editing, online radio station.

EXPECTATIONS

BEFORE YOU EXPECT MORE
Expect more from your Boss before you choose to meet or even perform above expectations ?
THINK AGAIN !!!
Bosses around the world would have the same characteristic where they expect more from the employee before the latter could expect more from them.
I agree with that, and that is the approach I was (before), am (now) and will be (in future) using through out my whole career path.
When I first stepped into the employment world, I told myself that I should and have to perform above expectations because I believe that if I perform above expectations, the Boss(es) would know and I can expect more from them.
Of course, initially, the words "expect more" would mean more job scopes to be given to me to perform even more above expectations. I believe they would appreciate my performance. Rewards will be flying over into me when that happens even not being expected by myself.
The best thing is that if they really do not appreciate it, It would still not be a loss to you. When you perform above expectations, it means you learn a lot more than what a normal person of the same period they are into the employment as you. A person with an experience of more than 10 years would not necessary be better off than a person with just three or four years of experience. It really depends on how much you are putting yourself into and how much you value-add to the company which include even youself.
I hope today's post is not so boring that you would not want to even read till the very last sentence.
