DO NOT REJECT CRITICS,
BUT USE THEM

Most people would only like to hear what is good.

Most of them hate to hear critics.

Instead, each time the critics come in from one ear are often being thrown out through the other ear.

Critics are useless when you think you do not need them.

But do we really think carefully that Critics are actually good to our ownselves ?

I would think that we should not throw them out.

Instead, blend them as a solid foundation that would lead you to a higher stand.

Each time you have got a critic, it should be one of the concern that you are looking for to improve yourselves.
